1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any service provided by trust888, you hereby fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions contained in this document together with all related policies.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the trust888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) except for payments made using cryptocurrency at the equivalent value.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

8. Account Closure and Suspension

trust888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, abuse or illegal activity.
• The user fails to meet identity verification requests within the stipulated period.
• The account is found to have breached any provision of these terms.
• There are instructions from the relevant authorities.

Users may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned after the review process has been carried out.

9. Limitation of Liability

trust888 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions caused by factors outside its control such as internet outages, power failures or third-party system failures.
